Virginia Boyette

Virginia Boyette, 89, passed away early Friday morning under Hospice care. She was born on March 15, 1930, to John Thomas and Annie Mae Sharpe.  She married James H. Boyette in 1946.  They spent many years living in Savannah and Bloomingdale, GA before retiring back to Tattnall County.

Surviving are her children, James Ricky Boyette and Phyllis B. Schaefer (Dave), her granddaughter Connie Davis (Gary), her sisters Georgia Akins and Betty Jean Wheeler (Ed), her nieces and several cousins.

The graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Cedar Creek Primitive Baptist Church, 1199 Cedar Creek Church Road, Collins, GA 30421.

The family requests that any remembrances be sent to Community Hospice, P.O. Box 2277, Vidalia, GA 30474.
