Teresa Cabrera Santana

Teresa Cabrera Santana, of Metter, Georgia passed away on November 22, 2020 at her residence in Cobbtown, Georgia. She was the widow of Antonio Santana, Sr., who passed away September 17, 2020.

Mrs. Cabrera Santana was born in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico and was the daughter of Jose Cabrera and Cecilia Segura. She moved to the United States twenty-six years ago and made Metter her home. Mrs. Santana Cabrera was a loving house-wife that loved cooking and gardening. She was known by many because of how loving, caring, and selfless she was. She was a very beautiful lady that carried the soul of an angel within her. She was always going out of her way to help out others. Although, life was very hard to her, she was always full of happiness and her smile demonstrated it all the time. She was never a person who complained even when she was at her worst. Every brick that life through at her, she fought it like the great warrior she was.

Surviving are her son, Antonio Santana, Jr. of Metter; her daughters, San Juana Santana Cabrera of Mexico, Alma Rosa Santana Cabrera of Mexico, Martha Santana Cabrera of Metter, Maria Del Rosario Santana Cabrera of Cobbtown, and Teresa Santana Cabrera of Lyons; Fourteen grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.

The funeral mass for Antonio Santana, Sr. and Teresa Santana Cabrera will be held Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Vidalia, Georgia.

All social distancing and COVID 19 guidelines will be in place.
