Steven Julius Dickerson

Steven “Teddy” Julius Dickerson, 44, of Port Wentworth and formerly of Metter, died Wednesday, October 24, 2018.

Born in Statesboro, he was a son of Julius Radford and Linda Williams Dickerson.  Steven enjoyed movies and music. He loved tractor trailer trucks and even went “on the road” with his father for several years. He was preceded in death by his father, Julius Radford Dickerson.

Surviving are his mother, Linda Williams Dickerson of Port Wentworth; a sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Josh Peterson of Port Wentworth; aunts and uncles include, Ronnie and Susan Dickerson of Sandersville, Edward and Betty Dickerson of Metter, Lester and Rosalyn Dickerson of Dublin, Michael and Michelle Henry of Port Wentworth, Charles Brown of Pulaski and Sally and Tess Dickerson; niece and nephew, Caroline Peterson and Joshua Peterson both of Port Wentworth

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, October 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel with burial in the Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 at the funeral home. Visit our guestbook:  www.kennedyfuneralhomechapels.com.
