Sandra E. Cortazzo, age 79, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. She was born March 12, 1944, in Georgia, daughter of the late Furman and Earline (Ross) Warren.

Sandra worked as a caregiver on a Military base in South Carolina before moving to the Fox Valley. She was employed with Zwicker Knitting Mill in Appleton for many years.

Sandra loved spending time with her sister, Linda. She loved gardening. She also enjoyed her pets, especially her birds.

Survivors include her four children: Donald Cortazzo, Sandra (Paul) Steeves, Patrick Cortazzo, Jamie Cortazzo; Six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and her sister, Linda Warren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Neenah’s Westgor Funeral Home on Thursday, December 14, 2023, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. She will be laid to rest Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 2 o'clock in the afternoon in Lake Cemetery, in Metter, Georgia. Kennedy Funeral Homes will be assisting the family. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.

A Journeys End – The road behind us is full of seeds we’ve sown, the road before us contains the unknown. Memories are filled with things we’ve shared, our lives are touched by those who cared. Each day make a friend, we know not when the journey ends.
