Sam Edenfield Jacobs

Sam Edenfield Jacobs, 76, of Marietta and husband of the late Sulayne Aaron Jacobs, passed away at his residence.

Born in Stillmore, he was the son of Dewitt Pate and Louise Edenfield Jacobs.  Mr. Jacobs was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Marietta and was a retired regional manager for the Health and Safety Industry.

Surviving are his niece and nephew, Kathy Kirila of Tappahannock, Virginia and William “Bill” P. Jacobs, II of Savannah; and several great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday from 10 until 10:30 a.m. at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel with the graveside service to follow at 11 a.m. in the Stillmore City Cemetery.
