Prisciliano Rodriguez

Prisciliano Rodriguez, 69, died Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Heritage Inn Health and Rehab in Statesboro.

He was the son of Prisciliano Rodriguez and Isabelle Estrada.  He was born in Mexico but has lived in Metter for over thirty years.  He worked at Claxton Poultry for fifteen years.  When he wasn't at work, he spent time with his family and friends.  He also loved playing football.  He was of the Catholic faith.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, María Mercedes Silva Flores; son, Hugo Rodriguez and two daughters, Yolanda Rodriguez and Maria Rodriguez.

Their children survive; Salvador Rodríguez (Bertha Alicia Antonio Medina), Preciliano Rodríguez (Ester Rodríguez); daughters, María del Carmen Rodríguez (Pedro Campos), Francisca Rodríguez (Homero Ramos), María Isabel Rodríguez (José Guadalupe Campos); twenty-six grandchildren; brother, Javier Rodriguez; sister, Isabel Rodriguez and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 6 to 7 p.m. at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel with a 7 p.m. service.

Kennedy Funeral Home, Hooks Chapel are in charge of arrangements.
