Marjorie Louise Radford entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 5, 2017, at Pruitt Health in Marietta.
Born on June 12, 1925 in Stillmore, GA, she was the daughter of Foy O. and Essie V. Dasher. Mrs. Radford was a retired cosmetologist and was a member of Lake Primitive Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Radford was preceded in death by her husband of fifty two years, Sherman M. Radford; and a sister, Charlotte Whitfield.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Bucky Hunter of Mableton, GA; two grandchildren, Sherri E. Hunter of Smyrna, GA and Glenn K. Hunter and his wife, Angie of Cary, N.C.; two great-grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Hunter of Cary, N.C.; one niece, Janice Hinely of Charlotte, N.C.; and two nephews, Bennett and Jerrell Whitfield of Twin City, GA
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at New Hope Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Lexy. Visitation will be held from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. at Kennedy Funeral Home, Hooks Chapel on Wednesday.
