Louise Harvey Wilds passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in Forsyth. Louise was the daughter of the late William Russell Harvey and Jewel Virginia Hunter Harvey was born August 3, 1944, in Collins, Georgia. Her husband, Calvin E. Wilds, her sister, Robin Brewer, her brother, Bobby Harvey and her son-in-law, Ronnie Hammond preceded her in death. She retired from BellSouth as an operator supervisor. Louise was a graduate of Collins High School, a member of Christian Gathering Place, a member of AT&T Pioneer Volunteers and a member of Modern Woodmen.
Survivors include her husband, Jim Milton Wilds of Forsyth; children, Michael (Carmen) Wilds of Forsyth. Tracey Wilds Hammond of Forsyth, Stephen Wilds of Macon, Jim (Cynthia) Wilds of Jeffersonville, John (Darla) Wilds of Forsyth, Kathy (Ken) Greene of Ellijay and Jeff Wilds of Macon; sisters, Margie (Grady) Padgett of Cobbtown, Carol Gaddy of Atlanta and Jan Harvey of Baxley; brother , Billy Harvey of Hazlehurst; step-brother, Richard Harvey of Douglas; many grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
Forsyth arrangements include a visitation to be held Saturday, April 29, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., at Monroe County Memorial Chapel.
Local Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 30, 2017, at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Cobbtown Chapel with burial at Anderson Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Old Anderson Church Road, Collins, GA 30421.
