Korina (White) White

Korina White, 35, of Effingham County, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at her home.

Korina loved the outdoors and was an animal lover. She loved animals so much so that she worked at Effingham Animal Shelter after graduating Bryan County High School. She enjoyed hunting and fishing. Korina worked for many years at Wendy’s restaurant and was a manager. In her younger years Korina attended Ellabell Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her father, Kerry White.

Survivors are her mother, Maria White of Metter; a son C.J. Morgan of Rincon; daughters, Sirena Morgan of North Carolina and Summer Morgan of Alabama; brothers and a sister-in-law, Kerry, Michael and Miranda and Dustin White, all of Metter; sisters, Alyssa Earl of Metter, Kayla Raine, Jamie Johnson and Melissa White; one granddaughter; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 2:00pm at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel in Metter. Visitation will begin a half hour before funeral time. Guestbook: www.kennedyfuneralhomechapels.com
