John Cleveland Milton, Jr.

John Cleveland Milton, Jr., 63, of Statesboro, passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at his residence under the care of Hospice and his family.

John was born in Statesboro on May 9, 1960, and was a son of John C. Milton, Sr. and Martha Louise Sheffield Milton.  He was a roofer, having worked with Sheffield Roofing Company.  John loved playing the lottery and poker and hanging out with his family.

Surviving are his brothers, Ronnie Milton and James H. Milton; his sister, Martha Ann “Sally” Milton Brunson (Don); and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held 3 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, June 9, 2023, at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, of Metter.

The family will receive friends from 2 until 3 o’clock in the afternoon at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, of Metter.
