Jo Ann Reardon

Jo Ann Williams Reardon, age 79 passed away Thursday August 15th at Riverwood Senior Living in Rome Ga under the care of Georgia Hospice.  Jo Ann was born on October 26, 1944 to Thomas Grover and Willie Williams, in Savannah Ga.  She grew up in Cobbtown, GA and graduated from Collins High School.  She spent most of her life as a homemaker in Reidsville Ga, but also was a sitter for hospital patients.  She loved cooking, and baking, and listening to her Gaither Music. Her hobbies were crocheting, reading and jigsaw puzzles.

She attended Reidsville First Baptist Church. Jo Ann is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Thomas (Tommy) Franklin Reardon and her brother Hugh Williams.

She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Glenn and Margie J.  Williams of Reidsville, and her children Ronda Reardon (Lila) of Rome Georgia, Randy Reardon (Frank) of Teec Nos Pos, AZ, and Rusty Reardon (Crystal) of Reidsville as well as her granddaughter Sarah and fiancé Landry Tatum of Glennville.

The family will receive friends on Saturday August 17th, at 10:00am with the funeral services to follow at 11:00am at the Kennedy Funeral Homes, Cobbtown Chapel, in Cobbtown, with the Reverend Chuck Jonas officiating. Interment will follow at Sunlight Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Williams, Chris Masters, Clay Williams, Johnny Batten, Logan Lewis, and Landry Tatum
