Jennifer Ann Verraneault Sutton, 37, died Saturday, March 16, 2013 in Swainsboro. A Metter native, she had lived in Swainsboro the past 14 years. She was a 1993 Metter High School graduate and attended Brewton Parker College for a short time. Jennifer loved to sing and play the guitar.
Survivors are two sons, Jalen and Jordan Sutton of Metter; mother, Terri Rioux Carroll of Metter; father, Dean Verraneault of California; two brothers, Bobby Verraneault and Sean Googe both of Metter; her paternal grandmother, Lillian Lemieux of Connecticut; several aunts and uncles; one niece and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held Friday, 2:00 PM, at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, with Rev. Raymond Harbuck, Sr. officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:30 pm until the funeral hour. Burial will be in the Noon Day Cemetery in Emanuel County. Pallbearers will be Christopher Thornhill, Brandon Thornhill, Andy Calloway, Stewart Jarriel, Frank Morin and John Welch.
