Jennifer Elaine Lanier, 43, of Metter died Friday, March 18, 2016, at Candler County Hospital. She was born in Savannah, and moved to Metter four years ago from Guyton. Jennifer has been disabled for many years and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are her mother and step-father, Sue Thompson and Johnny Stanley of Metter; three brothers, Robert James Lanier of Pulaski, Danny Lanier and Jerry Lanier both of Statesboro; two sisters, Lisa Sanderson of Savannah and Tracy Lanier of Statesboro; four children she was priviledged to have given birth to; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Cecil Lanier.
A Memorial service will be held, Tuesday, 11:00 am, March 22, 2016, at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, with Elder Mike Newman officiating. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the service. Guest book: kennedyfuneralhomechapels.com.
