Jeffrey Harris Holland

Jeffrey Harris Holland, of Register, passed away late Monday night, February 13, 2023 at his residence under the care of his family.

Mr. Holland was born in the Hillview Community and was a son of Coy Holland and Mildred Rewis Holland.  He was a member of Rogers Baptist Church in the Hillview Community and was a 1975 graduate of Pinewood Christian Academy.  He attended Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College where he studied forestry and Mr. Holland worked as a press operator for Wallace in Metter and retired from there several years ago.  He loved to do yard work and gardening, fishing and hunting, and spending time with his family.

Surviving are his wife of over forty-three years, Susan Tucker Holland of Register; his daughter, Britney Holland Fountain (Devan) of Collins; his son, Jamey Holland (Brooke) of Pulaski;  and his grandchildren, Case Fountain, Ali Holland, and Anniston Holland; his sister, Kathy Holland Storey of Metter; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, James and Doris Tucker of Register; and his sisters-in-law, Janis T. Hope, Debbie Smith (Al), Julie Williams (Kelly), and Tracey Vickery (Jeff).

The funeral service will be held at 11 o’clock in the morning on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Excelsior Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends from 10 o’clock until the funeral hour at the church on Thursday.

Interment will be in Excelsior Baptist Church Cemetery.
