Janice Bland Mosley

Janice Bland Mosley, of Cobbtown and widow of Ronnie Mosley, passed away May 1, 2023.

Janice was born on April 13, 1942 in Metter and was the daughter of Clyde Bland and Sally Berry Bland.  She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Janice loved to fish and always enjoyed being on the go.  She never met a stranger and enjoyed yard sales, flea markets and raising chickens.  In addition to her husband and parents, Janice was preceded in death by her brothers, Jody Bland and Jerry Bland; a grandson, Zackery Fountain, and a niece, Delaine B. Reddick.

Surviving are Mims Brower of Sylvania; her daughters, Karen (Randy) Brown of Cobbtown, Kim (Tim) Kendrick of Forsyth, and Patty Sowell of Sylvania; her step-children,  Samantha (James) Johnson, Christopher Beau (Jenny) Mosley, Amanda (Daryl) Boutte, Chrystal Davis (Michael McKeehan); her brother, James (Faye) Bland of Savannah; her mother-in-law, Linda (David) Hausenfluck; a sister-in-law, Joyce Bland of Macon; her grandchildren, Shae (Vince) Ellison, Wade (Sasha) Kendrick, Brad (Lindsey) Kendrick, Jessica Sowell, Ashley Oglesby, Lorena, Avery and Pamela Wance, Adreanna and Annabelle Mosley, Bryson Snider, Eshin Mosley, Layla and Kamala Boutte, Kember Eisenhuth, Jehryn and Meleigha Davis; great-grandchildren, Malorey Wiley, Cole McClain, Kinsley and Whitley Harrison, Kynndal Sowell, Kayman Adams, Brennen and Kherrighan Fountain, Ryder Meeks, Mayzie Fountain, Lynnlee Bragg and Brinxlee Oglesby; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2 o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at 195 Stephen Jarriel Road, Collins, GA  30421.
