James Earl Warren

James Earl Warren, 82, of Metter, Georgia, passed away on January 11, 2022 following a brief illness.

James Earl grew up in Aline, Georgia, but raised his family in Cobbtown, Georgia. He retired from Wallace Computer Services in Metter.  At the age 62, he spent the next fifteen years with each of his children and grandchildren in California, Florida, and Kentucky. He was very fortunate to be able to spend so much of his retirement watching his grandkids grow up. James Earl was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Warren and his sister, Annette Bazemore.

James Earl (Pepa) will be lovingly remembered by his three children, Kathy Warren (Luigi), Kimberly Warren (Mark), and Kerry Warren (Heather); and his five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The family would like to say a special thanks to the staff at Azalea Health and Rehabilitation for their loving care of him.

A private family service will take place at a future date. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
