Hilda Houle

Hilda J. Houle, 73, of Pulaski, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in Jacksonville, Florida.

Hilda was born in Statesboro and grew up in Pulaski.  She married Joseph Patrick Houle and they lived in several places over the years serving the United States Military.  After the death of her husband, Joseph, Hilda moved back to Pulaski and has lived there for the past several years.  She was a Baptist and in her formative years attended Pulaski Baptist Church.  She loved gardening, cooking, and shopping.  In addition to her husband, Hilda was preceded in death by her father Carrol Brooks Rushing.

Surviving are her son, Joe Houle; her daughter, Tammi Laurie Henderson; her mother, Martha Helen Rushing; a granddaughter, Savannah Marie Woodard; a sister, Diane Luckett (Lee); and several cousins.

The graveside and burial will be private.
