Evelyn Janet Ferguson, 92, of Metter and formerly of Harvard Illinois and widow of Howard Dale Ferguson, died late Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Azalea Health, and Rehabilitation in Metter.
Born in Sharon, Wisconsin, she was the daughter of Archibald and Edith Pierce Joyner. Mrs. Ferguson was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Harvard Illinois. She worked in Laundry and Housekeeping for Harvard Hospital for over twenty years. Mrs. Ferguson loved word search puzzles and playing cards.
Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Daniel D., and Sandra Ferguson.
A private family service will be held later in Illinois.
