Earl "Uncle Bud" Mcelveen

Earl “Uncle Bud” McElveen, 81, of Bloomingdale, passed away Monday, May 10, 2021 at Azalea Health and Rehabilitation in Metter.

Born in Savannah, he was a son of Moonie “Mack” McElveen and Ida Carter McElveen.  Uncle Bud worked many jobs and enjoyed being outside and outside activities.  In addition to his parents, Uncle Bud was preceded in death by his brothers, A. Junior “Mack” McElveen, J. C. McElveen, James McElveen and sisters, Ollie Rewis, and Jeanette Yarbrough.

Surviving are his many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

The graveside service will be held May 29th at 2:00 in Rewis Cemetery in Tattnall County.

Kennedy Funeral Homes, Cobbtown Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
