Dorene Elnor Sexton, 73, of Metter and widow of Garret Sexton, died Wednesday October 4, 2017 at Azalea Health and Rehabilitation in Metter.
Born in Billings, Michigan, she was the daughter of Amasa Bennett and Sophia Lacznski Bennett She was a factory workder for Morgans Packing House in Indiana. She moved to metter over seven years ago. Mrs. Billings was of the Pentocostal faith and enjoyed word finds, crossword puzzles, and collecting pens.
Surviving are her son, Frank Horseman of Statesboro; her sister, Mary Harper of Camilla, GA; a sister, Beverly Bennett of Michigan; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and one great, great-granchild.
The memorial service will be private.
