Donna Young Mincey

Donna Young Mincey, of Statesboro and formerly of Vidalia, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at Azalea Health and Rehabilitation in Metter.

Donna was born in Sandersville, Georgia and was a daughter of Harvel Melton Young and Mary Frances Chester Young.  She lived in Vidalia most of her life and was of the Baptist faith.  Donna was a homemaker and loved animals.  In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Mincey.

Surviving are her aunts, Gloria Webb, Gail Russell, Brenda Kersey, and Karen Chester; and several cousins.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, April 2, 2023, at two o’clock in the afternoon at Collins Baptist Church Cemetery.
