Denise Elizabeth Bruce

Denise Elizabeth Bruce, 59, of Metter and formerly of Springfield, Massachusetts, died Sunday, October 10, 2021.

Born in Washington, D.C., she was a daughter of Otis Dewey Bruce and Suzanne Coleman Bruce.  Denise was retired and in years past, work as an administrative assistant at Springfield Technical College in Springfield Massachusetts where she lived for many years.  She loved to cook and was a warm spirited person.

Surviving are her daughter, Valeria “Val” Andrews; her sons, Michael Bruce, Ricky Andrews, Jr., Franklin Andrews, Terreik Innis, and Gideon Innis, Jr.; her fiancee, Anthony Reed; her sisters, Autumn Bruce, Joya Bruce, and Marlece Bruce; nine grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, friends and family.

A private service will be held at a later date.

Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel, of Metter is in charge of the arrangements.
