Charlene Sonia Capps Thrasher, 52, of Groveland died Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center.
Born in Savannah, she was the daughter of Charles Capps and Jewel White Capps. She worked for the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier. She loved to cook and her dog, Lady Bug.
Surviving are her two son, Bobby Rhodes (Jessica) of Guyton and Austin Anderson of Reidsville; her daughter, Crystal Odum (Robert) of Metter; her brother, Charles Capps; a sister, Darlene Capps; several grandchildren; and her cousin and best friend, Sandy Moody.
The memorial service was held 6 o’clock Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Pembroke Christian Church.
Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel was in charge of the arrangements.
