Audrey Lee Oliver Mosley, 84, of Aline died early Monday, September 25, 2017 at Cedar Plantation Assisted Living.

Born in Tattnall County, she was the daughter of Eugene Clayton Oliver and Omie Collins Oliver.  Mrs. Mosley was a member of the Hillside Church of God and was a retired dietitian for the Metter School System where she worked for several years.  She worked at the Twin City Shirt Factory before moving to Jacksonville, Florida in 1954 where worked in the King Edward Cigar Factory.  Mrs. Mosley returned to the area in 1967.  She was a devout Christian who slept with the word of God, her Bible, under her pillow every night.  Mrs. Mosley loved reading her Bible, singing, and listening to gospel music.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Louis Mosley and a granddaughter, Julie Johnson Lynn.

Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Christopher “Chris” Mosley (Bobbi) and Lamon Mosley all of Aline; her brother, Harold Eugene Oliver of Cobbtown; grandchildren, Jordan Mosley and Jada Mosley of Moultrie, Christopher Rhett Mosley (Cheltsey) of Dalton, Clint Mosley of Metter, and Kevin Johnson (Sandy) of Metter; great-grandchildren, Jed Johnson, Hunter Johnson, and Nicki Brown.

The funeral will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 3 o’clock in the afternoon at Cedar Creek Primitive Baptist Church.

Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 o’clock in the evening on Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Hooks Chapel.
