Angie Oglesby, 42, died Monday, March 20 at her residence.
Angie was born in Statesboro on May 13, 1974. She was a Baptist and attended Calvary Baptist Church in Vidalia. Angie was a Speech Language Pathologist having worked at Twin View Nursing Home in Twin City and was a member of the Speech and Language Pathology Association (ASHA). She loved animals of any kind and she loved fishing. Angie was preceded in death by her father, Ray Oglesby and her mother Linda Deal Jordan
Surviving are her daughter, Anniston Bonnette, a brother, Allen Oglesby, her step-father, Larry Jordan; two step brothers, Jim Jordan, and Mike Jordan; a step-sister, Debbie Jordan; and several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The memorial service for Angie will be held Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon at Kennedy Funeral Homes, Cobbtown Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1 o’clock until the funeral hour.
